Jose A. Flores Ruiz founded Seis-Mex (Structural Engineering Integrative Services Mexico) as a vision to integrate work-life balance with his passionate pursuit of a professional and entrepreneurial career. The intention is to enhance productivity by encouraging personal development through exercise, meditation and family values and to reflect that positive attitude into every day work.
Seis-Mex is intended to help better our society by providing top of the line seismic and structural engineering solutions that enhance city resilience to natural hazards.

How do we operate?
Seis-Mex is a structural engineering firm based in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico driven by the highest ethical, technical and personnel standards. Besides Jose’s international education and extensive experience, Seis-Mex is recruiting candidates who share our core values, from the most prestigious engineering post-graduate programs in Mexico.
Jose’s heritage, expertise and experience provide ties for U.S. and Mexican firms to take advantage of the highest of technical standards and innovative solutions provided by U.S. codes in conjunction with the flexibility of a small Mexican operation. It doesn´t matter where you are located, with the benefit of electronic communications and data transfer you will find it hard to believe we are hundreds or thousands of miles apart.
